Nūl Global
Nūl Global is an initiative to establish local networks around the world that strengthen connection, participation, and long-term support for community-led work in Sri Lanka. Nūl Global is a call to reconnect, to contribute, and to imagine a future where our global community stands with our local communities. It is a way of strengthening one another, sharing knowledge, and building hope that reaches communities in Sri Lanka.
Nūl Global Germany
Nūl Global Germany is the German Hub of the Nūl Global network, connecting members of the Sri Lankan diaspora and allies who want to contribute to community-led change in Sri Lanka.
Currently being developed as a pilot by a small volunteer team in Berlin, it focuses on growing the network, building partnerships, and establishing a registered presence in Germany. The network raises awareness of community needs and creates opportunities to get involved through volunteering, fundraising, knowledge sharing, and collective action.
Nūl Peace Ride Germany 2026
The Nūl Peace Ride Germany is a 20km community ride taking place on 5 July 2026 at 10:00am in Berlin. The event will take place alongside the 1,000km Nūl Peace Ride across Sri Lanka, connecting communities across borders in a shared act of solidarity.
The Nūl Peace Ride Germany, bringing together communities from Germany, Sri Lanka and across the world in a shared journey to build trust, strengthen partnerships and raise vital funds for Nūl’s work in creating sustainable and connected communities.
Participants will ride together to raise awareness and raise funds to support Nūl’s mission of creating sustainably woven communities in Sri Lanka.
Each kilometre ridden in Berlin will contribute towards our goal of raising AUD $150,000 to support the first phase of the Nūl Pilot Project in Sri Lanka.
